What a listing shows

Each of your course dates appears as its own listing with your centre named, the qualification and awarding organisation, the dates and daily times, the venue area, your price with VAT stated, the first-aid position and whether places remain. Learners see all of it before they pay.

What we do not do

  • We do not deliver your course or assess your learners: you do, as the approved centre
  • We do not publish a date until you have confirmed it
  • We do not hide your identity behind ours
  • We do not promise learners a licence: the SIA decides that

Commercials

Commission and settlement terms are agreed in writing before you list, and your cancellation and refund terms are shown on every listing so learners book knowing them. A provider dashboard for bookings, learner evidence and settlements is in development.

Questions

Before you apply

Do I have to give you exclusivity?

No. You can list the same dates elsewhere. We ask you to disclose any exclusivity arrangements so listings stay accurate.

Who holds the learner relationship?

You deliver the training and own the qualification relationship. We handle discovery, booking and payment, and pass you the learner details and evidence.

How do I send my dates?

A spreadsheet is fine: one row per course date with the venue, times, price and capacity. We will send you the template.

What happens if I need to cancel a date?

Tell us as early as you can. Learners are offered a transfer or a full refund under the terms shown on the listing.

Can I list first-aid courses too?

Yes, particularly where you sequence first aid immediately before a Door Supervisor or Security Guard course.

What does it cost?

Commission is agreed in writing before you list. There is no fee for applying or for keeping a calendar up to date.
