What is a premises licence transfer?

When a business changes ownership or management, the premises licence must be officially transferred to the new person or organisation responsible.

Without this step, you cannot legally carry out licensable activities such as selling alcohol.

What we need from you

The original premises licence (Part A & Part B, must be returned)
A signed consent form from the existing licence holder
