What is this qualification?
The BIIAB Level 2 Award for Personal Licence Holders is an approved licensing qualification for people applying for a personal licence in England or Wales. Passing it is one part of the process: you must still apply to your licensing authority with a criminal record disclosure and the other documents it requires. It is fully regulated, recognised by every licensing authority, and can be taken entirely online.
