📜 Original APLH Qualification Certificate
– Issued after passing the Level 2 Award

🔍 Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) Check
– This replaces the former CRB check
– Must be completed within 28 days of submitting your application
– Cost: £21.50

🖼️ Two Passport-Sized Photos
– One must be signed by a professional to confirm your identity

💷 Application Fee: £37
– Payable to your local licensing authority when submitting your application
