If so, there are two legal requirements you must meet to keep your licence valid:
📆 5-Year Refresher Training
By law, all personal licence holders in Scotland must:

Pass the refresher exam

Submit their certificate to the Licensing Board that issued the original licence
✅ This must be done within 5 years of the date your licence was granted.
🔁 10-Year Licence Renewal
Your personal licence is valid for 10 years. To avoid losing it, you must:
